MALAPATAN, Sarangani (June 21, 2014) – Boats from different barangays moor at the shore of Barangay Tuyan for judging during the Guinakit Parade by the Sea Friday, June 20, as one of the highlights of Pakaradyan Festival and the town's 45th Foundation Anniversary.
