MAITUM, Sarangani (June 4, 2014) - Caleasa Sambay Katug takes oath as Indigenous People mandatory representative in the Sangguniang Bayan Tuesday, June 3. Katug was previously the tribal chieftain in the municipality for more than a decade. Gov.
