GENERAL SANTOS CITY (June 28, 2014) – The Philippine Information Agency and Department of Environment and Natural Resources conduct a Regional Climate Change Adaptation Communication Forum with the theme “Strengthening Partnership among Communities for Climate Change Adaptation” at Phela Grande Hotel on June 26-27.
