GENERAL SANTOS CITY (June 5, 2014) - Dr. Teogenes Baluma, regional director of the Department of Health (DOH) in Region XII, speaks before the provincial/municipal coordinators and health officers of Sultan Kudarat and Sarangani regarding the implementation of Mass Drug Administration for the control of Filariasis disease during the National Filariasis Elimination Program held at the Family Country Hotel and Convention Center on June 5-6, 2014.
