GENERAL SANTOS CITY (June 28, 2014) - Dan Evans (standing), consultant of education program Sulong Karunungan under the flagship program of Governor Steve Chiongbian Solon, facilitates the Non-Government Organization Conference and Service Mapping held at Microtel Friday, June 27. It is to synchronize all the third-party organizations and individuals offering social services in the province to avoid duplication of effort and to establish the scale and scope of their efforts. The NGO conference is in partnership with the Philippine Commission on Women, the Spanish Agency for International Development, and Provincial Social Welfare Development Office. (Jake T.
