ALABEL, Sarangani (January 17, 2015) – A young boy shows gladness with his kin as they receive a customized wheelchair from the Provincial Government of Sarangani in strong partnership with the Physicians for Peace, Latter Day Saints Charities, Cebu Pacific, World Health Organization (WHO) thru Cheryl Ann Xavier, and James L. Chiongbian and Sons Corporation during the free wheelchair and other mobility aids distribution of the Serbisyong Sarangan Community Outreach Program on January 12 at the Capitol gymnasium.
