ALABEL, Sarangani (January 17, 2015) – Lynda Marcelo, staff of the office of Gov. Steve Chiongbian Solon, instructs the proper way of using crutches to one of the beneficiaries during the free wheelchair and other mobility aids distribution of the Serbisyong Sarangan Community Outreach Program of the Provincial Government of Sarangani in strong partnership with the Physicians for Peace, Latter Day Saints Charities, Cebu Pacific, World Health Organization (WHO) thru Cheryl Ann Xavier, and James L.
