MALAPATAN, Sarangani (January 27, 2015) - Tuamina Ismael, 67, receives her wheelchair during the medical mission spearheaded by the provincial government at Barangay Tuyan on January 23. The wheelchairs are donated by the Sigay Kauyagan Incorporated, Starkey Hearing Foundation, Latter-day Saints Charities and Local Government Unit of Malapatan.
