GENERAL SANTOS CITY (January 22, 2015) - Vice Governor Jinkee Pacquiao and her twin sister Janet Jamora celebrate their birthday with over 400 senior citizens and persons with disabilities (PWD) coming from the seven municipalities of Sarangani at Pacman Gym on January 12.
