MAITUM, Sarangani (January 22, 2015) - Association of Barangay Captains president Gary Lee Perrett leads the signing of the memorandum of understanding while his co-barangay captains line up after him during the send-off ceremony of the 27th IB peace development teams at the Maitum Municipal Hall Monday, January 19. Soldiers of the 27th IB headed by Capt. Edsil Escote are to be sent to the 19 barangays of Maitum to conduct bayanihan activities and help the community members maintain peace and security.
