ALABEL, Sarangani (June 2, 2015) - Congressman Manny Pacquiao tells Sarangani Capitol employees during the flag-raising ceremony Monday, June 1, that he and wife Vice Governor Jinkee Pacquiao are giving a bonus of P1,000 per Capitol employee.
