MAITUM, Sarangani (June 2, 2015) - Trainees of the week-long Water Search and Rescue (WASAR) training listen as their fellow trainees speak and recall embarrassing moments of their training during the WASAR culmination program on May 29. The WASAR training was assisted by the Sultan Kudarat Rescue Team with 30 trainees from the Philippine National Police, Armed Forces of the Philippines, local government employees, Kabalikat Civicom members, and interested residents.
