ALABEL, Sarangani (July 18, 2015) - Members of the Provincial Tribal Council and tribal leaders from barangays attend the Transformation Leadership seminar workshop conducted by Sulong Tribu Program on July 13-14. The aim of the seminar was to identify the qualities, skills, attitudes, values, and practices of a transformational leader and determine ways to lead their themes using the transformational leadership model and discuss barriers to successful leadership using the concept on habits of highly effective people.
