MAITUM, Sarangani (July 9, 2015) - Maitum Municipal Council of Women members break the ice as they wait for the program to start during the Ylang-ylang project launching at the Lamlunay Research and Learning Center in Barangay Upo Wednesday, July 8. Ylang-ylang extract produces perfumes and high-grade essential oils and is rising into the global trade since.
