ALABEL, Sarangani (April 8, 2011) – Governor Migs Dominguez speaks before 130 youth volunteers during their training for Sarangani Big Brother (SBB) on its 4th season at Alabel Central School Thursday, April 7, with the theme ““Engaging oneself as big brother or big sister to help Sarangani kids ready for the opportunities in the future”. SBB is 15-day (April 25-May 13), whole-day, remedial reading project designed to assist the Department of Education in improving reading skills among incoming Grade 2 and Grade 3 learners identified as “frustration readers”.
