 GENERAL SANTOS CITY (October 14, 2013) - Sarangani Governor Steve Chiongbian Solon delivers his message during the Philippine  Association of Real State Boards (PAREB) 53rd Annual National Convention and Elections held at Greenleaf Hotel on October 11.
