ALABEL, Sarangani (August 23, 2015) - Vice Governor Jinkee Pacquiao delivers the closing remarks during the first-ever International Folklore Festival in the country on August 17. The vice governor commended the organizers and stakeholders of the event for putting in a lot of hard work, enormous creativity and resources to put together the festival. She also thanked the performers and guests from the Koronadal Hinugyaw Cultural Dance Troupe and Super Taiko Junior from Japan. The Koronadal International Folklore Festival was organized by the Local Government of Koronadal and the Council of Organizations of Folklore Festival and Folk Art (CIOFF).
