Gantalao (left), liaison officer of CliniCard, at the office of the Provincial Treasurer Monday, April 11. The amount is intended for the healthcare insurance with CliniCard of 653 SPEU members valid from April 1, 2011 to March 31, 2012 with a Maximum Benefit Limit of P70,000.
