ALABEL, Sarangani (April 8, 2011) – With the theme “Engaging oneself as big brother or big sister to help Sarangani kids ready for the opportunities in the future”, 130 youth volunteers from Alabel participate in the training for Sarangani Big Brother Season 4 at Alabel Central School Thursday, April 7. SBB is 15-day (April 25-May 13), whole-day, remedial reading project designed to assist the Department of Education in improving reading skills among incoming Grade 2 and Grade 3 learners identified as “frustration readers”.
