GLAN, Sarangani (October 9, 2011) - Garbed in outfits made mainly from parts of coconut tree, the street dancers of Glan School of Arts and Trades emerged as this year's champion of the 12th Lubi-Lubi Festival street dancing competition held Saturday, October 8, the town’s 97th foundation day. Performers from six school contingents danced around town with a showdown at the grounds of Glan Central School when spectators filled the stands and shades of century-old acacia trees.
