105,000 bangus fingerlings are being released by barangay, municipal and
provincial employees to the mangrove forest of barangay Kawas Tuesday, February
19, during a fish restocking activity initiated by Alcantara Foundation in
celebration of 100 years of life and legacy of Conrado Alcantara, founder of
