MAITUM, Sarangani (February 7, 2013) - Governor Migs Dominguez blows the candle as a little girl of Tuanadatu Elementary School surprised him with a birthday cake in the middle of his speech during the Bangsamoro Framework Agreement (BFA) orientation and medical mission in barangay Tuanadatu Wednesday, February 6. The medical mission and BFA orientation was initiated by 73rd Infantry (Neutralizer) Battalion, International Monitoring Team (IMT), SOCSARGEN Peace Network, provincial government, and municipal government. The event gathered over 300 villagers, government employees, officials, and non-government organizations. The governor turned 36 on February 5.
