MAITUM, Sarangani (January 30, 2013) - Wali Barangay Captain Arturo Desaville hands over the marker of the newly-built three-classroom high school building of Wali Integrated School to head teacher Ruth Ebojo and General Parents Teachers Association (GPTA) president Ester Estigoy during the turnover ceremony at barangay Wali Monday, January 28. The project which costs P1,825,000 was funded by KALAHI-CIDDS: KKB with a P0.5 million counterpart fund from the provincial and municipal government units. Kapit-Bisig Laban sa Kahirapan - Comprehensive and Integrated Delivery of Social Services - Kapangyarihan at Kaunlaran sa Barangay widely known as KALAHI-CIDSS: KKB is the Philippine government's flagship poverty-alleviation project implemented by the Department of Social Welfare and Development through the financial support of the World Bank.
