ALABEL, Sarangani (March 17, 2014) - Gov. Steve Chiongbian Solon attends the culmination day of Philippine Drug Abuse Resistance Education (PHILDARE) Monday, March 17, at Capitol Gym. Hundreds of elementary students in Alabel finished the program. Gov. Solon inspired the pupils and reminded them to instill in their hearts what they have learned from the program. DARE is a collaborative effort by DARE law enforcement officers, educators, students, parents and community. It is a series of lessons to help students recognize and resist the temptations that could influence them to be addicted to alcohol, tobacco, marijuana, inhalants or any other illegal drugs or to engage in violence.
