GENERAL SANTOS CITY (September 1, 2014) – Sarangani Gov. Steve Chiongbian Solon poses with the participants during the culmination of the 3-day Camp Coordination & Camp Management/Evacuation Support Program and Protection Training on Thursday, August 28, at Sydney Hotel. Gov. Solon inspires the municipal and provincial social welfare and development officers and the municipal and provincial disaster risk reduction and management officers, especially in the proper management of residents at the evacuation centers during calamities. Personnel of DSWD Region 12, Office of Civil Defense, and the known NGO on disaster responses called International Organization for Migration also participated in the workshop as resource persons.
