ALABEL, Sarangani (February 12, 2013) – Mark Williams, general manager for external affairs of Sagittarius Mines, Inc. (SMI), and Governor Migs Dominguez sign the certificate of acceptance for eight Samsung notebook computers at the Capitol conference room Monday, February 11. SMI donated the computers to the province and to each municipality through the Municipal Planning and Development Office in support to the Community-Based Management System initiative.
