Kalinaw Sarangani holds Bangsa Moro Framework Agreement orientation

 

MAITUM, Sarangani (February 7, 2013) – Kalinaw Sarangani program manager Jocelyn Lambac-Kanda (standing, left) explains to the locals of barangay Tuanadatu the salient features of the Bangsamoro Framework Agreement while Tuanadatu tribal chieftain Kanan Magno raises his concern about the impact of the agreement to the indigenous people Wednesday, February 6. The community orientation and medical outreach was conducted by SOCSARGEN Peace Network, volunteer doctors headed by Dr. Ruel Cagape, military, police international and local monitoring teams, and municipal government. Kalinaw Sarangani (Comprehensive Peace and Development Program) created by Gov. Migs Dominguez was a Galing Pook awardee in 2009.
