ALABEL, Sarangani (February 11, 2013) – Vice Governor Steve Chiongbian Solon (2nd right) and Board Member Virgilio Clark Tobias (2nd left) hand over to Col. Edgardo “Boogie” de Leon Resolution No. 2013-7-004 of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan (SP) of Sarangani commending the latter for the excellent service provided as the former battalion commander of the 73rd Infantry (Neutralizer) Battalion, Philippine Army, based in Kamanga, Maasim. The awarding was held during the flag ceremony at the Capitol Monday, February 11. The resolution of commendation was unanimously sponsored by the whole SP thru the committee on peace and order for an unquestionable military and humanitarian service de Leon had extended to the province.
