GENERAL SANTOS CITY (January 18, 2013) – Vice Governor Steve Chiongbian Solon answers questions from the provincial and municipal planning officers of Sarangani during the open forum of the 2nd League of Local Planning and Development Coordinators in the Philippines Inc.- Sarangani Chapter’s convention at the Phela Grande Hotel Wednesday, January 16.
