ALABEL, Sarangani (June 25, 2015) – Congressman Manny Pacquiao switched on the LED streetlights at the national highway in front of the Capitol Monday, June 22. The P21.6-million streetlight project is within the Sarangani-Davao Del Sur Road connecting the eastern municipalities of Sarangani to General Santos City.
