MAITUM, Sarangani (June 2, 2015) – Theofanny Joy Cabanda, resource person on Gal E’ Libun Project: Strategic Planning, explains to members of Ticulab Women Association their organization’s constitution and by-laws during a training on May 26 at the barangay. This is the last of a series of trainings conducted under the Gal E’ Libun (Strength of Women) project of Vice Governor Jinkee Jamora-Pacquiao.
