ALABEL, Sarangani (October 23, 2014) – A thanksgiving dinner was held on October 17 for the success of the Sarangani Bay (SarBay) Festival. SarBay 2013 was declared champion as Best Tourism Event-Sports/Adventure/Wellness Province Category in the whole Philippines given by the Association of Tourism Officers of the Philippines.
