MALUNGON, Sarangani (October 15, 2014) – Vice Governor Jinkee Pacquiao and Mayor Reynaldo Constantino award a check worth P20,000 to the officials of Barangay Datal Bila for being one of the three barangays in Malungon who have achieved 100% zero open defecation, which means all households in the barangay have their own sanitary toilets. The check was given during the launching of zero open defecation (ZOD) campaign in barangay Malandag on October 10. Receiving the same amount of check are Barangay Talus and Barangay Upper Biangan.
