KIAMBA, Sarangani (October 12, 2014) - Gov. Steve Chiongbian Solon lauds James L. Chiongbian National Trade School (NTS), formerly Kling National High School, for being the number one technical vocational high school in Region 12. The celebration on October 9 doubled as JLC NTS also celebrated its 1st foundation anniversary as a tech-voc school and 47th year when the school was originally founded. Gov. Solon gave a cheque worth P100,000 to fund the purchase of additional tech-voc equipment of the school duly authorized by the Sangguniang Panlalawigan. (Kim Windell V.
