MAITUM, Sarangani (October 17, 2014) - Orlando Alvarez, coordinator, Special Project of Vice Governor Jinkee Jamora-Pacquiao, delivers to Barangay Captain Ramil Tugade one unit of 30 Watt solar panel on October 13. This facility was installed in a community shelter that accommodates students who temporarily stay during school days and residents of far flung barangays that need a momentary place to lodge while in the poblacion.
