GLAN, Sarangani (October 12, 2014) – The triumphant Notre Dame of Glan Lubi-Lubi street dancers grooving to the beat of the mixed drum-and-bamboo ensemble rhythmic instruments during Glan’s 15th Lubi-Lubi Festival staged as a prelude to the Sangdaan sa Glan Street Dance Competition, a region-wide bring your festival concept, in time with the Grand Centennial Celebration of Glan on October 8. Notre Dame of Glan performers shine as the centennial Lubi-lubi street dance champion with contingents from Glan Padidu National High school and Leonard Young National High School ranking 1st and 2nd runners up, respectively.
