KIAMBA, Sarangani (August23, 2015) – Congressman Emmanuel Pacquiao gives a short exhortation through the Word of God and shares his personal experience during the “Libreng Check-up at Salamin Pambasa” at Sangguniang Bayan Hall on August 14. Eyeglasses, medicines and Bibles were also given to over 1,200 recipients.
