MAASIM, Sarangani (August 23, 2015) – The legislative team of the Vice Governor’s Office conducts a Local Legislation Capacity Building for 64 officials from eight disparity barangays of Maasim on August 13. The training has provided the officials with additional skills in preparing their barangay legislative manual.
