GENERAL SANTOS CITY (August 27, 2015) – Sarangani Governor Steve Chiongbian Solon speaks at the 9th Palm Oil Congress at KCC Convention Center on August 19. Hundreds of businessmen, farmers and investors throughout the country participated in the congress, thus opening bigger possibilities for the province of Sarangani to encourage more investors especially that the congress focused on promoting inclusive growth through investments and Income Generation Projects (IGPs) such as oil palm plantations.
