ALABEL, Sarangani (August 27, 2015) - Vice Governor Jinkee Pacquiao receives the donation Wednesday, August 26, of 12 empty fuel drums by the Tactical Operations Squadron Rajah Buayan of the Philippine Air Force (PAF) headed by 1st Lt. Jonathan Capistrano (3rd from right) at the Capitol lobby. The drums will be used as waste bins in support to the implementation of the Waste Management/Capitol Beautification Project of the Provincial Vice Governor’s Office.
