GLAN, Sarangani (August 23, 2015) - Mayor Victor James Yap, Sr. delivers his 5th State of the Municipality Address (SOMA) during the 96th regular session of the 20th Sangguniang Bayan on August 18. His 67-minute speech comprised a summary of his accomplishments and future plans for Glan. Yap noted that “we have made real progress in the past five years along the road to development”.
