MALAPATAN, Sarangani (August 27, 2015) – On behalf of Vice Governor Jinkee J. Pacquiao, Jhoanna Javier delivers her message during the Stakeholders’ Forum for Zero Open Defecation (ZOD) Program held at Malapatan Community Center on August 25. The vice governor encouraged the stakeholders that with determination and cooperation, making Malapatan a ZOD municipality is very possible. This activity, which is in line with the JINKEENATION program, was initiated by the Local Government of Malapatan in partnership with Sarangani Provincial Government and World Bank–Water and Sanitation Project.
