ALABEL, Sarangani (August 27, 2015) – Governor Steve Chiongbian Solon and Vice Governor Jinkee Pacquaio dance in the stage with the Suli Di Kay Luan dancers from Malapatan Elementary School during the international folklore festival at Capitol Gym on August 17.
