GENERAL SANTOS CITY (November 12, 2011) – In time for the 19th Foundation Anniversary of Sarangani province, 20 Battle of the Bands entries for the 9th MunaTo Festival begin the elimination round at JMIX Resto Bar in General Santos City Wednesday evening, November 9. The chosen winners composed of 10 bands will compete for the final round on the first day of MunaTo Festival on November 24 in front of the Capitol.
