ALABEL, Sarangani (November 24, 2011) – Governor Migs Dominguez gives the Sarangani seal Thursday, November 24, to Rep. Manny Pacquiao as a token for giving honor to the province in his latest achievement by defeating Juan Manuel Marquez. The token was given during the opening ceremony of the 19th Foundation Anniversary of the province and 9th MunaTo Festival and hero’s welcome at the Capitol.
