MAASIM, Sarangani (November 25, 2011) - Governor Migs Dominguez (right), Tirso Santillan (2nd right) - CEO of Sarangani Energy Corporation (SEC), Mayor Jose Zamorro (5th right), Rosie Dominguez (7th right) - president of Alcantara Foundation and Joel Aton (9th right) - project assurance manager of SEC, are joined by teachers and barangay officials in a ribbon cutting ceremony during the turnover of a two-classroom building for Mangelen Integrated School.
