ALABEL, Sarangani (December 5, 2011) - Governor Migs Dominguez, PHIVOLCS director Renato Solidum and South Cotabato Provincial Administrator Isidro Janita sign the Memorandum of Agreement for the provision and training on the use of the Rapid Earthquake Damage Assessment System software from the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (PHIVOLCS). The agreement was signed Monday, December 5, at the opening day of a five-day training at A Montana Resort.
