ALABEL, Sarangani (December 5, 2011) - Govenor Migs Dominguez tells training participants “to make sure that whatever output we have here, we must be able to learn to inform and create believers out of the different chief executives in the region. Kailangang maintidihan ng mga mayors ito. We must be strict in enforcing and regulating whatever policies we decide.” The governor also signed Monday, December 5, the Memorandum of Agreement for the provision and training on the use of the Rapid Earthquake Damage Assessment System (REDAS) software from the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (PHIVOLCS).
