ALABEL, Sarangani (December 1, 2011) – Hermelo Latoja, Provincial Social Welfare and Development Officer, speaks before participating out-of-school youth of the Provincial Youth Summit organized by the Provincial Social Welfare and Development Office Thursday, December 1, at the Capitol gymnasium. The summit aims to promote the social and economic development of each participant through engaging in various activities such as food production, volunteer community service, health and nutrition, population awareness, protection and conservation of natural resources and improvement of natural environment.
