ALABEL, Sarangani (January 24, 2012) - Gov. Migs Dominguez briefs Atty. Darlene Marie Berberabe, chief executive officer of Home Development Mutual Fund, inside one of the units completed at the housing project of the provincial government for its employees – The Capitol Residences - before the turnover ceremony of the first batch of houses to its beneficiaries Tuesday, January 24, at purok Santo Nino, barangay Poblacion in Alabel town. It marks the first time that a local government unit engages in PPP (private public partnership) housing development project in Mindanao and maybe the whole Philippines. This housing project by the provincial government is the translation of commitments of the incumbent leaders by providing medium grade but affordable housing facilities with the objective to improve performance and productivity from government employees.
